We have another OG Resilient member joining Paul and Ryan for a conversation about training through a significant injury. Sarah discusses a time that she suffered an injury during a time in which her life was very stressful between working a full time job, finishing graduate school, and managing training. They talk about how she continued to train during her rehab and how the injury led her to make changes in how she manages life stress and that she is mentally and physically stronger today because of it.
