Another OG RTL member joins Paul and Ryan to discuss her journey to powerlifting. Tina talks about how she learned the importance of consistency to being successful in the gym and with her nutrition. She has faced a few setbacks since starting powerlifting so she explains how she dealt with them and how she still remained consistent with her training and nutrition throughout them. Tina has also worked hard to achieve a significant weight loss that has not only led her to a healthier life but had also led to improvements in performance, motivation, and feeling better every day.
